Welcome
Welcome to WEB/406, Web Programming II. During this class you will
learn about designing interactive Web pages using CSS, HTML forms, and
client-side JavaScript, a basic web programming language. We will also learn
some of the rudiments of adding multimedia elements to a web site, including
Flash, Java applets, sound, and video. Usability and fitness-for-purpose
principles are emphasized throughout the course.
You will interact with all class members through weekly discussions, and, with your Learning Team, prepare an evaluation of web programming environments.
